# Get the installer

#### Download the executable file
1. Go to our [**download page**](https://www.primer-e.com/download/). Where it says 'Download PRIMER 7 Software', simply click where it says 'Click HERE':

2. The executable file for installation, called '<ins>PRIMER7Setup.exe</ins>' will automatically begin downloading. When it has finished downloading, this file will then be available to you in the 'Downloads' folder on your machine.

#### Install the software
3. Once the download has completed, double click on the downloaded installation file ('<ins>PRIMER7Setup.exe</ins>') to start the installation process.
